Yanga SC have received a major boost ahead of the final matches of the season after key players Pacome Zouzoua and Mohamed Hussein “Zimbwe Jr” returned to full training with the squad.
Ivorian attacking midfielder Pacôme Zouzoua was among the players who rejoined training yesterday at KMC Complex, resuming preparations for the remaining fixtures after being sidelined due to a knee injury.
Pacome picked up the injury during a match against Singida Black Stars, which forced him to miss several important games before the FIFA international break. However, he has now fully recovered and is participating actively in training sessions under the technical bench.
His return is seen as crucial for Yanga SC as they continue their push to defend the Tanzania Mainland Premier League title and compete in the CRDB Federation Cup.

On the other hand, left-back Mohamed Hussein “Zimbwe Jr” has also returned to the squad after spending several weeks on the sidelines recovering from injury. He is now fully fit and taking part in all training sessions with his teammates.
The presence of Zimbwe Jr provides a significant boost to Yanga’s defensive options, especially on the flanks, where his experience is expected to be vital in upcoming key matches.
Yanga’s training sessions have continued, with players completing two sessions over the past two days. Morning workouts focused on gym training programs, followed by afternoon pitch sessions under coaches Abdihamid Moalin and Patrick Mabedi.
