Among the coaches strongly linked to the role is Andoni Iraola, who has shown great success with AFC Bournemouth. Iraola is praised for his modern style of football that combines intensity, speed, and tactical discipline, as well as his experience in the Premier League.
Filipe Luís is also mentioned, currently managing CR Flamengo successfully. As a former Chelsea player, he knows the club well, although his coaching experience in Europe is still limited.
